Hey everyone! Our first MANDATORY meeting is tomorrow (Monday @ 7:00 pm) in the rooms in front of ARC (AMC A). We need everyone there because we will be discussing the upcoming season including what races most of us will be attending and coordinating hotels/drivers etc. so it is important we all show up. For those who are new & old athletes, please fill out the paper work online ( http://dosportse...asy.com/sdsusportclubs/join.php?h=cycling). We will also be going to Woodstock's for pizza and adult beverages after for some fun team bonding!
This year we will be having alternating Mon/Tues night meetings at 7:00 pm to try and accomodate those who have night classes on either day.
Below is our current team meeting schedule:
7:00 pm-8:00 pm in rm. AMC A on
1/30, 2/7, 2/13, 2/21, 2/27, 3/6,
3/12, 3/20, 3/26, 4/2, 4/10,
4/16, 4/24, 4/30, 5/7

members of the team are encouraged to participate in this weekend's
practice tri, that includes you roadies and mountain bikers :D To
encourage participation in the team's first practice Tri, Sean Davis has
generously donated an aero helmet to be given to the winner of the this
Sunday's effort. |

If your are looking to get your own SDSU team trisuit, jersey and/or bib, please email either Mike Nguyen at mikenguyen89@gmail.com or myself at blaketpt@yahoo.com to get the team member order form. Please keep in mind that the time between the submitted order form and the recieval of the uniforms can be as long as a few months, so act quickly as you may miss your chance for the season.

Congratulations to former SDSU Cycling Club member Aaron Quesnell and the entire men's SDBC Elite Team. Thanks to an amazing team effort, Aaron has won the elite points GC for the 11 race 2011 CBR Pro Elite race series. Great job Aaron and the entire team!

First year racer Sean Mulderig continued his terror through the ranks as he placed 4th place in the Cat 4 race today in downtown San Diego. Then soon to be graduated Logan Fiedler finished 4th in the Cat 3's getting him one step closer to his 2 upgrade.
The question of the day was where is former President Dan Findley. The strong alumni was slated to make his return to racing following a heavy week of altitude training but was no where to be seen... |

Major props to our teammate Wes Jones who will also be riding with the Intense Factory BMX team this year. We hope he remembers we need his downhill and 4X skills at our collegiate races. |
